That is a great picture and I agree from afar about the AZ housing market ( and waste surrounding it) . Nothing sums this up for more than spending the majority of a Winter watching an entire fleet of water trucks supply a new housing development/gated community  nobody will ever live in on the outskirts of wilderness.
